Join a Department
Florida State Roleplay (FSRP) has eight active departments and teams. All applications are submitted through our Discord bot and reviewed by department HR or staff.
How Applications Work
All applicants need: your Discord username, your age, a working microphone, and your hours in Florida State Roleplay. Honesty is required — falsified information is an automatic denial. Applications are reviewed within 48–72 hours.
Staff Team
ClosedJoin the moderation and management team. Staff applications open occasionally — keep an eye on announcements.

- Must be 17+ years old

Law Enforcement
OpenFlorida Highway Patrol, Orange County Sheriff's Office, or Orlando Police Department. All ranks start at Trooper / Deputy. Full training provided by your department's FTOs.

- Minimum 3 sessions as observer recommended

OpenFire and EMS are separate tracks within the same department. You can apply for one or both. Full academy training provided.

Dispatcher / Communications
OpenRun the CAD system, manage 911 calls, coordinate units, and keep radio traffic organized. One of the most important roles in any session.
